Welcome to the home of Steven Deyoung music from his first organ lesson at age eleven through today.

Along the way I sang lead & harmonies, played keyboards, guitar and was featured on many audio/video recordings including a Strait Southern CD.

→ Past
I wrote my first song “Thinkin’ About You” as a collaboration with my lyrical partner, Steve Wade, in 1980. Still have the original cassette recording.
→ Equipment
A Roland RD2000EX and Roland D-50 are my current keyboards. Mackie IEMs with Behringer P2 IEM portable amplifier, SM-58 microphone and Pyle double keyboard stand round out my current live gear. Roland A-90, Yamaha QX-21 sequencer, Arturia software with Ableton Live DAW are in the home studio. In the past, I owned a Fender Rhodes stage 73, a Moog Prodigy, a Farfisa organ, a Yamaha CP-25, a Jupiter-8 and various mixers & effects.
→ Future
As for me, I will take the road less travelled… and never give up.
